Gap Analysis is used to assess performance based on an established benchmark. These particular tests were created specifically for the injection molding and extrusion industries. The results can be used to determine training curricula by identifying specific areas that need improvement.

Note that users are not expected to achieve a perfect score in sections that do not coincide with their area of expertise; the exception being safety-related questions, which all personnel are expected to know.
