Production Series

Our Production Series consists of eleven interactive training courses, all of which are geared toward improving the knowledge base and processing skills of production personnel. With topics ranging from Injection Mold Setup to Troubleshooting Defects, this series covers a broad variety of plastics processing concepts and techniques.

A working knowledge of plastics materials is essential for all injection molding personnel. Our Understanding Plastics course explains how and why plastics are different. It also provides practical processing considerations and covers correct materials handling procedures.

Processors continue to capitalize on the efficiency and accuracy associated with all-electric injection molding machines. Our two Electric Injection Molding courses will allow production personnel to take advantage of the many benefits and capabilities of all-electric molding machines.

Participants will learn how to establish a process and maintain profitability. We also offer courses that take an in-depth look at production problems, such as warpage and weld lines.
